Stream Production
Congress Rental produced and managed the streaming of the event across multiple platforms including Vimeo and YouTube, as well as embedding the stream onto the client’s website. The production team managed and combined the different source feeds including online presenters connected via Zoom, pre-recorded content, and from the live studio in Seoul.
Content Management
Congress Rental developed a content management system to seamlessly integrate all incoming content streams and online presenters. The content management system was also responsible for sending and receiving content to and from the remote interpreters for high-quality interpretation audio
Overview
Music Cities Convention is the biggest global event exploring the use and importance of music in the development of cities all around the world. The 2020 Seoul Music Cities Convention was planned as a virtual event streamed across two days to a global audience in both English and Korean language versions through interpretation.
The event hosted over 300 virtual delegates participating live across multiple streaming platforms with more watching the recorded sessions. As such, Sound Diplomacy needed a reliable partner who could manage both the language integration and streaming production of the event.
